This is a reminder that Fall 2025 grades must be submitted by 10:00 am on Monday, Dec 15

Outcomes assessment results collected through Canvas must be submitted by the end of the same day. This ensures the data is captured and readily available for faculty to use in planning. Once a Canvas course concludes, outcomes data can no longer be submitted.

Any grades not submitted by 10:00 am on Monday, Dec 15 will result in an “M” (missing) grade being assigned. Faculty with “M” grades will be contacted by Enrollment Services to perform electronic grade changes in order to correct the “missing” grade(s).

Students with missing grades on their record can experience considerable negative consequences as a result. Some of the possible effects include:

  • Loss of financial aid

  • Reduction of veterans’ benefits

  • Loss of legal status as international students

  • Erroneous transcripts

If you know there may be extenuating circumstances that will delay inputting grades, please contact your dean and assistant; they will connect with enrollment services so they are aware.

Grade Entry Instructions

As usual, grade entry instructions and other grade-related documents are available on the Grading Information site on Chemeketa Connects: https://chemeketa0.sharepoint.com/sites/grading

Fall 2025 grades will be visible to students on unofficial transcripts after grades have been processed and rolled to academic history. Repeat rules will be assessed on Tuesday, Dec 16. Final grades will be visible to students in My Chemeketa on Wednesday, Dec 17.

If you have additional questions about grade entry, please connect with Enrollment Services directly at registrar@chemeketa.edu.
