Welcome to Summer 2025. Beginning-of-term reminders and other relevant information for the term are provided below. 

 

Beginning of Term Reminders

Please read the Beginning of Term Reminders thoroughly, as this contains information about processes related to your classes that may impact students, including: 

  • Checking Class Lists
  • No Show Drop (NSD) – CRITICAL information
  • Instructor Overrides
  • Navigate Progress Reports and Early Alert Process
  • Student Accessibility Services
  • Last Day to Drop without Responsibility for Grades
  • FERPA Compliance and Protecting Student Information
  • Academic Integrity & Academic Honesty Concern Reporting
  • Technology Support

 

Below is a list of changes from the previous edition (Spring 2025):

  • No Show Drop – dates have been updated, including change to 8 week term and only 1 accelerated 5 week term.
  • Navigate Progress Reports/Early Alert – dates have updated 
  • Last Day to Drop without Responsibility for Grades – dates have been updated

 

Important Dates – Summer 2025

  • July 3 & July 4, 2025 – College Closed (includes all services and classes). See HR SharePoint page if you have questions about the summer holidays and Friday closures. 
  • July 7, 2025 – No Show Drop (NSD) deadline for standard 8-week classes and 5-week intensive classes
  • Sep 2, 2025 – Summer term grades due by 10:00 am
